In early June, Facebook announced that it is celebrating Pride Month in several new ways: Pride-themed masks and frames on Messenger, a temporary rainbow flag reaction button, and of course, a rainbow frame for your profile picture. In 2015, it was everywhere after the Supreme Court struck down same-sex marriage bans, and last summer, many users added rainbow filters to support the LGBTQ community after the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando. The rainbow profile picture is nothing new. Even if you're so technologically-challenged it's a miracle you even have a Facebook, adding a dash of color to your profile is ridiculously easy - the hardest part is deciding which method you want to try out. This year, there are plenty of ways to make a rainbow Facebook profile picture, including through the site itself. Pride Month is finally here, and you know what that means: all rainbow everything.
